Dee Dodd has always been drawn to the energy of business and people. While studying business
marketing at the University of Arkansas, she kept busy as a majorette and worked with the
Walton Charitable Foundation, helping raise funds for academic programs across campus.

Dee was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta where she kicked off her career in
transportation and logistics, learning the ropes in her family business before making the move to
Las Vegas in 2021. There, she jumped into the world of human resources, bringing her business
savvy and people-first mindset to the table. By 2023, she joined Next Point Capital, where she
continues to blend her experience in operations, HR, and business development to support its
many ventures.
