Mr. Szafranowski joined Next Point Capital in November 2023. He is responsible
for all accounting and finance activities across all companies. He also partners
with the other Executive Team members in developing and executing each
company’s strategy.

His leadership background spans companies from $5M
venture capital manufacturer, to $50M publicly traded manufacturer, to $500M
SaaS provider to FinTech, to +$5B global pharmaceutical manufacturer. He also
has experience in Big 4 public accounting (KPMG).

Mr. Szafranowski holds a BS
degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL, is a Certified
Public Accountant (inactive) licensed in Illinois, and a Chartered Global
Management Accountant. He and his wife reside in Henderson, NV.
