Patrick serves as the Operating Partner at Next Point Capital and is responsible for overseeing the operations of portfolio companies. He works closely with company leadership to grow and enhance company performance. He served the past 3 years as the President /CEO of Art Brand Studios a NextPoint Capital portfolio company. His responsibilities included the overall leadership and operational management of the company.

Previously he served 15 years as President of Tail Light LLC, a provider of enterprise level technology solutions serving the automotive industry. He was the Executive Director, Client Solutions for J.D. Power& Associates, a global marketing information services company operating in key business sectors across a variety of industries; Additional experience included Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Blue Falcon Networks (now known as Akimbo Systems), a leader in distributed networking technologies and provider of cost-effective streaming media delivery solutions;  Co- founder of  venture backed MValue.com, which offered a privacy protection application for internet shoppers:

He was a Brand manager at Nissan North America, responsible for the Nissan Pathfinder and Frontier Crew Cab brands, and Mr. DeMarco held various sales and marketing positions at Ford Motor Company.

Along with his work experience he has a history of successfully raising Venture Capital, Private Equity funding, and Debt Refinancing. Mr. DeMarco has also served on various Public Company and Private Company Boards. He received a M.B.A. from the University of Miami (Ohio).  He resides in Las Vegas, NV.
